Southside Regional Medical Arts Pavilion
Southside Regional Medical Arts Pavilion is a two story, 32,750SF, medical office building located next to Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, Virginia. This concrete tilt-wall constructed facility will include a new cancer center and other clinical spaces which will support the Doctors working at the hospital. The exterior of the Medical Arts Pavilion has been designed to match the existing hospital making the new building look like an extension of the existing facility.
Riverside Regional Medical Center
The construction of a five story, 100,000 S.F. Medical Office Building within the Riverside Regional Medical Center Campus. The facility will consist of clinical space and multiple build-out suites customized to meet the needs of all individuals within each group of physicians. The exterior of the building will have a drive under canopy, which will serve as the main entrance and a smaller canopy in the back will serve as an employee entrance.
